٧-
كِتَابُ صَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ وَالْإِمَامَةِ وَأَبْوَابٌ مُتَفَرِّقَةٌ Who said: His prayer is the one he prayed in the congregation
مَنْ قَالَ: صَلَاتُهُ الَّتِي صَلَّى فِي الْجَمَاعَةِ

Hazrat Ata said that if a person prayed in congregation, even though he had already prayed alone, then his obligatory prayer would be the second one.
حضرت عطاء فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کسی آدمی نے جماعت سے نماز پڑھی، جبکہ وہ اکیلا بھی نماز پڑھ چکا تھا تو اس کی فرض نماز دوسری ہوگی۔
Hazrat Ata farmate hain keh agar kisi aadmi ne jamaat se namaz parhi jabkeh wo akela bhi namaz parh chuka tha to us ki farz namaz dusri hogi.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ رَبَاحِ بْنِ أَبِي مَعْرُوفٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، قَالَ : « إِذَا صَلَّى فِي جَمَاعَةٍ ، وَقَدْ كَانَ صَلَّى وَحْدَهُ ، فَصَلَاتُهُ الْآخِرَةُ »
