كِتَابُ صَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ وَالْإِمَامَةِ وَأَبْوَابٌ مُتَفَرِّقَةٌ Regarding what if he prays Fajr and did not pray Witr
مَا فِيمَا إِذَا صَلَّى الْفَجْرَ وَلَمْ يُوتِرْ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 6779
Hazrat Mak'hul (may Allah be pleased with him) said that whoever prays the morning prayer but does not pray the witr prayer, then witr is not obligatory on him.
حضرت مکحول فرماتے ہیں کہ جس شخص نے صبح کی نماز پڑھ لی لیکن وتر نہ پڑھے تو اس پر وتر لازم نہیں۔
Hazrat Makhool farmate hain ke jis shakhs ne subah ki namaz parh li lekin witr na parhe to us par witr lazim nahi
حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ ، عَنْ بُرْدٍ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، قَالَ : « مَنْ أَصْبَحَ وَلَمْ يُوتِرْ فَلَا وِتْرَ عَلَيْهِ »
