Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 7027
Hazrat Ubaid bin Umair narrates that I prayed Fajr behind Hazrat Umar. He recited these words in dua'a qunut: O Allah! We seek help from You, we seek forgiveness from You, we praise Your good, we are not ungrateful to You, we abandon and distance ourselves from those who disobey You. O Allah! We worship only You, we pray to You, we prostrate before You. We move towards You, we hope for Your mercy, we fear Your punishment, and indeed Your punishment will reach the disbelievers.
حضرت عبید بن عمیر کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت عمر کے پیچھے فجر کی نماز پڑھی ، انھوں نے دعائے قنوت میں یہ کلمات کہے (ترجمہ) اے اللہ ! ہم تجھ سے مدد مانگتے ہیں، تجھ سے مغفرت مانگتے ہیں، تیری خرَ کی تعریف کرتے ہیں، تیری ناشکری نہیں کرتے، جو تیری نافرمانی کرے اسے چھوڑتے ہیں اور اس سے دور ہوتے ہیں۔ اے اللہ ! ہم تیری ہی عبادت کرتے ہیں، تیرے لیے نماز پڑھتے ہیں، تیرے آگے سجدہ کرتے ہیں۔ تیری طرف چلتے ہیں، تیری رحمت کی امید رکھتے ہیں، تیرے عذاب سے ڈرتے ہیں اور بیشک تیرا عذاب کافروں تک پہنچنے والا ہے۔
Hazrat Ubaid Bin Umair kehte hain ke maine Hazrat Umar ke peeche Fajr ki namaz parhi, unhon ne Dua e Qunut mein ye kalmat kahe (tarjuma) Aye Allah! Hum tujhse madad mangte hain, tujhse magfirat mangte hain, teri khair ki tareef karte hain, teri nashukri nahi karte, jo teri nafarmani kare use chhorte hain aur us se door hote hain. Aye Allah! Hum teri hi ibadat karte hain, tere liye namaz parhte hain, tere aage sajda karte hain. Teri taraf chalte hain, teri rehmat ki umeed rakhte hain, tere azab se darte hain aur beshak tera azab kafiro tak pahunchne wala hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : صَلَّيْتُ خَلْفَ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ الْغَدَاةَ ، فَقَالَ فِي قُنُوتِهِ : « اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَسْتَعِينُكَ وَنَسْتَغْفِرُكَ ، وَنُثْنِي عَلَيْكَ الْخَيْرَ ، وَلَا نَكْفُرُكَ ، وَنَخْلَعُ ، وَنَتْرُكُ مَنْ يَفْجُرُكَ ، اللَّهُمَّ إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ ، وَلَكَ نُصَلِّي ، وَنَسْجُدُ وَإِلَيْكَ نَسْعَى وَنَحْفِدُ ، وَنَرْجُو رَحْمَتَكَ ، وَنَخْشَى عَذَابَكَ ، إِنَّ عَذَابَكَ بِالْكُفَّارِ مُلْحِقٌ »
