كِتَابُ صَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ وَالْإِمَامَةِ وَأَبْوَابٌ مُتَفَرِّقَةٌ
Regarding the menstruating woman who becomes pure at the end of the day
فِي الْحَائِضِ تَطْهُرُ آخِرَ النَّهَارِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 7206
Hazrat Ata says that if a menstruating woman becomes pure before sunset, she will offer Zuhr and Asr prayers, and if she becomes pure before dawn, she will offer Maghrib and Isha prayers.
حضرت عطاء فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کوئی حائضہ غروبِ شمس سے پہلے پاک ہو تو وہ ظہر اور عصر کی نماز پڑھے گی اور اگر طلوع فجر سے پہلے پاک ہو تو وہ مغرب اور عشاء کی نماز پڑھے گی۔
Hazrat Ata farmate hain ke agar koi haiza guroob-e-shams se pehle pak ho to woh zuhar aur asr ki namaz parhe gi aur agar talua-e-fajar se pehle pak ho to woh maghrib aur isha ki namaz parhe gi.
حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، وَعُبَيْدَةَ ، أَخْبَرَاهُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، وَعَنْ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، وَالشَّعْبِيِّ ، وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ فِي الْحَائِضِ « إِذَا طَهُرَتْ قَبْلَ غُرُوبِ الشَّمْسِ صَلَّتِ الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ ، وَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ صَلَّتِ الْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ »
