كِتَابُ صَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ وَالْإِمَامَةِ وَأَبْوَابٌ مُتَفَرِّقَةٌ
Regarding the menstruating woman who becomes pure at the end of the day
فِي الْحَائِضِ تَطْهُرُ آخِرَ النَّهَارِ
Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 7211
Hazrat Ata says that if a menstruating woman becomes pure in the last part of the night, she should offer the prayers of that night and if she becomes pure in the last part of the day, she should offer the prayers of that day.
حضرت عطاء فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کوئی حائضہ رات کے آخری حصہ میں پاک ہو تو اس رات کی نمازیں پڑھے گی اور اگر دن کے آخری حصہ میں پاک ہوئی تو اس دن کی نمازیں پڑھے گی۔
Hazrat Ata farmate hain keh agar koi haiza raat ke aakhri hissa mein pak ho to us raat ki namazen parhe gi aur agar din ke aakhri hissa mein pak hui to us din ki namazen parhe gi.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، قَالَ : « إِذَا طَهُرَتْ مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ فَلْتُصَلِّ صَلَاةَ لَيْلَتِهَا ، وَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ مِنْ آخِرِ النَّهَارِ فَلْتُصَلِّ صَلَاةَ يَوْمِهَا »
