كِتَابُ صَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ وَالْإِمَامَةِ وَأَبْوَابٌ مُتَفَرِّقَةٌ Regarding the man who leads the people in prayer while reading from the Mushaf
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَؤُمُّ الْقَوْمَ وَهُوَ يَقْرَأُ فِي الْمُصْحَفِ

Hazrat Hasan (R.A.) said that if a person who can recite by heart is not found, then a person who recites by looking at the Quran can be made the Imam.
حضرت حسن فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر زبانی پڑھنے والا نہ ملے تو مصحف سے دیکھ کر تلاوت کرنے والے کی امامت کرائی جاسکتی ہے۔
Hazrat Hassan farmate hain keh agar zabaani parhne wala na milay to mushaf se dekh kar tilawat karne wale ki imamat karaee ja sakti hai
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : « لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَؤُمَّ فِي الْمُصْحَفِ ، إِذَا لَمْ يَجِدْ » يَعْنِي مَنْ يَقْرَأُ ظَاهِرًا
