كِتَابُ صَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ وَالْإِمَامَةِ وَأَبْوَابٌ مُتَفَرِّقَةٌ
Regarding His saying, Exalted is He: 'And when the Quran is recited, listen to it and be silent' [
فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: ﴿وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنْصِتُوا﴾ [

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 8378
Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Mughaffal narrates that the Divine Command { وَإِذَا قُرِیئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَہُ وَأَنْصِتُوا } (And when the Qur'an is recited, then listen to it and remain silent) pertains to the obligatory prayer.
حضرت عبداللہ بن مغفل فرماتے ہیں کہ ارشادِ باری تعالیٰ { وَإِذَا قُرِیئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَہُ وَأَنْصِتُوا } (جب قرآن پڑھا جائے تو اسے غور سے سنو اور خاموش رہو) کا تعلق فرض نماز سے ہے۔
Hazrat Abdullah bin Mughaffal farmate hain ke irshad e bari taala { WA IZA QURI AL QURANU FA ASTAMIU LAHU WA ANSITU } (jab Quran parha jaye to ise ghor se suno aur khamosh raho) ka taluq farz namaz se hai.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، وَعَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، وَعَنْ أَبِي الْمِقْدَامِ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى : ﴿ وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنْصِتُوا ﴾ [ الأعراف : ٢٠٤ ]، قَالُوا : « فِي الصَّلَاةِ »
