كِتَابُ صَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ وَالْإِمَامَةِ وَأَبْوَابٌ مُتَفَرِّقَةٌ Regarding disbelievers entering the mosque
فِي الْكُفَّارِ يَدْخُلُونَ الْمَسْجِدَ

Hazrat Hasan narrates that Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz wrote to his governors that you should not make the judge sit in the mosque where Jews and Christians come to him.
حضرت حصین فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عمر بن عبدا لعزیز نے اپنے گورنروں کو خط لکھا کہ تم قاضی کو مسجد میں نہ بٹھاؤ جہاں یہودی اور عیسائی ان کے پاس آئیں۔
Hazrat Haseen farmate hain ke Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz ne apne governoron ko khat likha ke tum qazi ko masjid mein na bithao jahan yahudi aur esai in ke pass aaein.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ عَوَّامٍ ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ : كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ : « لَا يَجْلِسْ قَاضٍ فِي مَسْجِدٍ يَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهِ الْيَهُودِيُّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيُّ فِيهِ »
