كِتَابُ الصِّيَامِ
Regarding a man who becomes junub in the morning, takes a bath, and his fast is valid
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُصْبِحُ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ يَغْتَسِلُ وَيُجْزِيهِ صَوْمُهُ

Hazrat Taus says that if someone experiences Janabat (sexual impurity) during the month of Ramadan, and if he wakes up and does not perform Ghusl (ritual bath) until morning, he should still complete the fast of that day and keep a fast in lieu of that day. If he wakes up after the morning (Fajr) time, then it is not necessary for him to make up for that fast.
حضرت طاوس فرماتے ہیں کہ اگر کوئی ماہِ رمضان میں جنابت کا شکار ہوا، اب اگر وہ بیدار ہوا اور اس نے صبح تک غسل نہ کیا تو وہ اس دن بھی روزے کو پورا کرے اور اس دن کے بدلے روزہ رکھے۔ اگر وہ صبح ہونے کے بعد بیدار ہوا تو اس پر بدل لازم نہیں۔
Hazrat Tawoos farmate hain keh agar koi mah e Ramzan mein jinabat ka shikar hua, ab agar woh bedar hua aur usne subah tak ghusl na kiya to woh us din bhi rozey ko poora kare aur us din ke badle roza rakhe. Agar woh subah hone ke baad bedar hua to us par badal lazim nahi.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ طَاوُسٍ يَذْكُرُ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، قَالَ : « إِنْ أَصَابَتْهُ جَنَابَةٌ فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ ، فَإِنِ اسْتَيْقَظَ وَلَمْ يَغْتَسِلْ حَتَّى يُصْبِحَ ، فَإِنَّهُ يُتِمُّ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ وَيَصُومُ يَوْمًا مَكَانَهُ ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَيْقِظْ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ بَدَلٌ »
