Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) married Ummul Momineen Maimunah (رضي الله تعالى عنها) while he was a Muhrim. There is something about this topic from Ummul Momineen Aisha (رضئ هللا تعالی عنہا). Imam Tirmidhi said, ‘the Hadith of Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) is a Hasan Sahih Hadith.’ This is acted upon according to some of the people of knowledge. It is the view of Sufyan Ath-Thawri and the people of Al-Kufah.

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے میمونہ سے شادی کی اور آپ محرم تھے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- ابن عباس رضی الله عنہما کی حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں عائشہ رضی الله عنہا سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں، ۳- بعض اہل علم کا اسی پر عمل ہے۔ اور یہی سفیان ثوری اور اہل کوفہ بھی کہتے ہیں۔

Abdul'lah ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a kehte hain ke Nabi-e-Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Maimuna se shaadi ki aur aap Muharram they. Imam Tirmidhi kehte hain: 1. Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ki hadith Hasan Sahih hai, 2. Is bab mein Aisha radiyallahu anha se bhi ahadith aayi hain, 3. Baz ahl-e-ilm ka isi par amal hai. Aur yahi Sufyan Thauri aur ahl-e-Kufa bhi kehte hain.

حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ الْبَصْرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ . قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَائِشَةَ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَبِهِ يَقُولُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَهْلُ الْكُوفَةِ.

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے میمونہ سے شادی کی اور آپ محرم تھے ۔

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ .

Another chain) that Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) married Ummul Momineen Maimunah (رضي الله تعالى عنها) while he was a Muhrim. Imam Tirmidhi said, ‘this Hadith is Hasan Sahih.’ The name of (one of the narrators) Abu Ash-Sha'tha is Jabir bin Zaid. They disagree about the marriage of the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) to Ummul Momineen Maimunah (رضي الله تعالى عنها) because the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) married her while on the journey to Makkah. Some of them said that he married her while he was Halal, but the apparent case is that he married her while he was a Muhrim, and then he stayed with her while he was Halal in Sarif which is on the route to Makkah. Ummul Momineen Maimunah (رضي الله تعالى عنها) died in Sarif where the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) was staying with her, and she was buried in Sarif.

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے میمونہ سے شادی کی تو آپ محرم تھے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- نبی اکرم ﷺ کے میمونہ سے شادی کرنے کے بارے میں لوگوں کا اختلاف ہے۔ اس لیے کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے مکے کے راستے میں ان سے شادی کی تھی، بعض لوگوں نے کہا: آپ نے جب ان سے شادی کی تو آپ حلال تھے البتہ آپ کے ان سے شادی کرنے کی بات ظاہر ہوئی تو آپ محرم تھے، اور آپ نے مکے کے راستے میں مقام سرف میں ان کے ساتھ خلوت میں گئے تو بھی آپ حلال تھے۔ میمونہ کا انتقال بھی سرف میں ہوا جہاں رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ان سے خلوت کی تھی اور وہ مقام سرف میں ہی دفن کی گئیں۔

Is liye ke Nabi-e-Akram sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam ne Makkah ke raste mein un se shaadi ki thi, baaz logoon ne kaha: aap ne jab un se shaadi ki to aap halal the balke aap ke un se shaadi karne ki baat zahir hui to aap Muharram the, aur aap ne Makkah ke raste mein Maqam Saraf mein un ke saath khilwat mein gaye to bhi aap halal the. Maimoonah ka intikal bhi Saraf mein hua jahaan Rasoolullah sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam ne un se khilwat ki thi aur woh Maqam Saraf mein hi dafan ki gain.

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْعَطَّارُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، قَال:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الشَّعْثَاءِ يُحَدِّثُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَبُو الشَّعْثَاءِ اسْمُهُ جَابِرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَاخْتَلَفُوا فِي تَزْوِيجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَيْمُونَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَهَا فِي طَرِيقِ مَكَّةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ:‏‏‏‏ تَزَوَّجَهَا حَلَالًا وَظَهَرَ أَمْرُ تَزْوِيجِهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ بَنَى بِهَا وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ بِسَرِفَ فِي طَرِيقِ مَكَّةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَمَاتَتْ مَيْمُونَةُ بِسَرِفَ حَيْثُ بَنَى بِهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَدُفِنَتْ بِسَرِفَ.

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 845

Yazid bin Al-Asamm narrated about Ummul Momineen Maimunah (رضئ هللا تعالی عنہا) that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) married her while he was Halal and he stayed with her while he was Halal. She died in Sarif, and we buried her at the (site of the) tent where he had stayed with her. Imam Tirmidhi said, ‘this Hadith is Gharib.’ More than one narrator has reported this Hadith, “The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) married Ummul Momineen Maimunah ( رضي الله تعالى عنها) while he was Halal” from Yazid bin Al-Asamm in Mursal form.

ام المؤمنین میمونہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں: : رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ان سے شادی کی اور آپ حلال تھے اور ان سے خلوت کی تو بھی آپ حلال تھے۔ اور انہوں نے سرف ہی میں انتقال کیا، ہم نے انہیں اسی سایہ دار مقام میں دفن کیا جہاں آپ نے ان سے خلوت کی تھی۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث غریب ہے، ۲- دیگر کئی لوگوں نے یہ حدیث یزید بن اصم سے مرسلاً روایت کی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے میمونہ سے شادی کی اور آپ حلال تھے۔

Umme-ul-Momineen Maimoona ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) Kehti Hain: : Rasool-Allah Sall-Allahu Alayhi Wasallam Ne Un Se Shaadi Ki Aur Aap Halal The Aur Un Se Khilwat Ki To Bhi Aap Halal The. Aur Unhon Ne Saraf Hi Mein Intaqal Kiya, Hum Ne Unhen Isi Sayahdar Maqam Mein Dafan Kiya Jahan Aap Ne Un Se Khilwat Ki Thi. Imam Tirmidhi Kehte Hain: 1. Yeh Hadith Garib Hai, 2. Degar Kayi Logon Ne Yeh Hadith Yazid Bin Asam Se Marsalan Riwayat Ki Hai Ke Rasool-Allah Sall-Allahu Alayhi Wasallam Ne Maimoona Se Shaadi Ki Aur Aap Halal The.

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، قَال:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا فَزَارَةَ يُحَدِّثُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ، عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَبَنَى بِهَا حَلَالًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَمَاتَتْ بِسَرِفَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَدَفَنَّاهَا فِي الظُّلَّةِ الَّتِي بَنَى بِهَا فِيهَا . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَرَوَى غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ مُرْسَلًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ .
