Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1975
Abdullah bin 'Amr said; The Messenger of Allah said: The best of you are those best in conduct.' And the Prophet was not one who was obscene, nor one who uttered obscenities. Imam Tirmidhi says: This Hadith is good and authentic.

عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”تم میں سب سے بہتر وہ لوگ ہیں جو اخلاق میں بہتر ہیں، نبی اکرم ﷺ بےحیاء اور بدزبان نہیں تھے“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے۔
ʿabdullaah bin ʿamr radhiallaahu ʿanhumaa kahte hain ke rasulullaah sallaallaahu ʿalayhi wa sallam ne farmaya: "tum mein sab se behtar woh log hain jo akhlaaq mein behtar hain, nabi akram sallaallaahu ʿalayhi wa sallam behaya aur badzabaan nahin the"۔ Imam Tirmidhi kahte hain: yeh hadees hasan sahih hai.
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: أَنْبَأَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، قَال: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: خِيَارُكُمْ أَحَاسِنُكُمْ أَخْلَاقًا ، وَلَمْ يَكُنِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاحِشًا وَلَا مُتَفَحِّشًا، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.
