Sunan Abi Dawud 1735
Abdullah bin Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that in the beginning when Hajj was prescribed, people used to trade during Hajj. The narrator then narrated the rest of the tradition upto the words, `season of Hajj’.

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ لوگ حج کے ابتدائی زمانے میں خرید و فروخت کرتے تھے پھر انہوں نے اسی مفہوم کی روایت ان کے قول «مواسم الحج» تک ذکر کیا۔
Abdul-Allah bin Abbas Radi Allahu anhuma se Riwayat hai ke log Hajj ke ibtidai zamaney mein khareed o farokht karte they phir unhon ne usi mafhume ki riwayat un ke qoul «Mawasim al Hajj» tak zikr kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، قَالَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ: كَلَامًا مَعْنَاهُ، أَنَّهُ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّاسَ فِي أَوَّلِ مَا كَانَ الْحَجُّ كَانُوا يَبِيعُونَ ، فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ إِلَى قَوْلِهِ: مَوَاسِمِ الْحَجِّ .
