Sunan Abi Dawud 4588
Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, Musaddad's version has, the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) addressed on the day of Conquest. The agreed version then goes, the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, beware, every object of pride of pre-Islamic times, whether it is blood-vengeance or property, mentioned or claimed, has been put under my feet except supply of water to the pilgrims and custody of the House (the Ka'bah). He then said, beware, the blood wit for unintentional murder, such as is done with a whip and stick, is one hundred camels, forty of which are pregnant.

عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فتح مکہ کے دن خطبہ دیا آپ نے فرمایا: سنو! جاہلیت کے خون یا مال کی جتنی فضیلتیں بھی تھیں جن کا ذکر کیا جاتا تھا یا جن کے دعوے کئے جاتے تھے وہ سب میرے قدموں تلے ہیں، سوائے حاجیوں کو پانی پلانے اور بیت اللہ کی دیکھ ریکھ کے پھر فرمایا: سنو! قتل خطا جو کوڑے یا لاٹھی سے ہوا ہو شبہ عمد ہے، اس کی دیت سو اونٹ ہے، جن میں چالیس اونٹنیاں ایسی ہوں گی جن کے پیٹ میں بچے ہوں گے ۔
Abdul'llah bin Amru ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Fath Makkah ke din khutbah diya aap ne farmaya: Suno! Jahiliyat ke khoon ya maal ki jitni fazeeltein bhi thi jo ka ذکر kia jata tha ya jin ke da'we kiye jate the wo sab mere kadmon tale hain, siwaye Hajjion ko pani pilane aur Baitullah ki dekh rekh ke Phir farmaya: Suno! Qatl khata jo koore ya lathi se hua ho shabhah umd hai, is ki diyat so ont hai, jin mein chaalis ontnian aisi hon gi jin ke pet mein bacche hon ge.
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَمُسَدَّدٌ الْمَعْنَى، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ: خَطَبَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ، ثُمَّ اتَّفَقَا، فَقَالَ: أَلَا إِنَّ كُلَّ مَأْثُرَةٍ كَانَتْ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ مِنْ دَمٍ أَوْ مَالٍ تُذْكَرُ وَتُدْعَى تَحْتَ قَدَمَيَّ، إِلَّا مَا كَانَ مِنْ سِقَايَةِ الْحَاجِّ وَسِدَانَةِ الْبَيْتِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَلَا إِنَّ دِيَةَ الْخَطَإِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ مَا كَانَ بِالسَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا .
