Sunan Abi Dawud 4638
Makhul (رضي الله تعالى عنه) said that the Romans will certainly enter Syria and stay there for forty days, and no place will be saved from them but Damascus and Uman.

مکحول نے کہا رومی شام میں چالیس دن تک لوٹ کھسوٹ کرتے رہیں گے اور سوائے دمشق اور عمان کے کوئی شہر بھی ان سے نہ بچے گا۔
Makhool ne kaha Rumi shaam mein chaalis din tak loot khesot karte rahenge aur sawae Damascus aur Amman ke koi shahr bhi in se nah bachega.
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، قَالَ: لَتَمْخُرَنَّ الرُّومُ، الشَّامَ أَرْبَعِينَ صَبَاحًا، لَا يَمْتَنِعُ مِنْهَا إِلَّا دِمَشْقَ، وَعَمَّانُ .
