It is narrated on the authority of Sahl bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) who had found the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and was fifteen years old at the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), that Abu bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "The fatwa that people mention, that ghusl (ritual bath) is obligatory upon ejaculation, was a concession that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave in the early days of Islam. Later, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered us to perform ghusl."

حضرت سہل بن سعد رضی اللہ عنہ جنہوں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو پایا تھا اور وہ نبی کریم ﷺ کے دور باسعادت میں پندرہ سال کے تھے سے بحوالہ ابی بن کعب رضی اللہ عنہ مروی ہے کہ لوگ جس فتوے کا ذکر کرتے ہیں کہ انزال پر غسل واجب ہوتا ہے وہ ایک رخصت تھی جو ابتداء اسلام میں نبی کریم ﷺ نے دی تھی بعد میں نبی کریم ﷺ نے ہمیں غسل کا حکم دے دیا تھا۔
Hazrat Sahal bin Saad Radi Allaho Anhu jinhon ne Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ko paya tha aur wo Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ke daur e basadat mein pandrah saal ke the se bahawala Abi bin Kaab Radi Allaho Anhu marvi hai ke log jis fatwe ka zikar karte hain ke inzal par ghusl wajib hota hai wo ek rukhsat thi jo ibteda Islam mein Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne di thi baad mein Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne humain ghusl ka hukum de diya tha.
Narrated by Sahl bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him), who saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and was fifteen years old during the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), on the authority of Abi bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him): The ruling that people mention, that ghusl (ritual bath) is obligatory upon ejaculation, was a concession that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave in the early days of Islam. Narrated by Sahl bin Saad (رضي الله تعالى عنه) who saw the Holy Prophet (PBUH) when he was fifteen years old, as quoted by Abi bin Ka'ab (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that the fatwa people mention, that Ghusl (ritual bath) is obligatory after ejaculation, was a concession given by the Holy Prophet (PBUH) in the early days of Islam. Later, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) commanded us to perform Ghusl.

Hazrat Sahl bin Saad (رضي الله تعالى عنه) jinhon ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko paya tha aur wo Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke dor ba-saadat mein pandrah saal ke the se bahawala Abi bin Kaab (رضي الله تعالى عنه) marvi hai ki log jis fatwe ka zikar karte hain ki inzal par ghusl wajib hota hai wo ek rukhsat thi jo ibtida Islam mein Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne di thi baad mein Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hamein ghusl ka hukm de diya tha.
It is narrated on the authority of Sahl bin Saad (may Allah be pleased with him), narrating from Abi bin Ka'ab (may Allah be pleased with him), that a person asked about the mosque which was founded on piety, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "It refers to my mosque."

حضرت سہل بن سعد رضی اللہ عنہ سے بحوالہ ابی بن کعب رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ کسی شخص نے اس مسجد کے متعلق سوال کیا جس کی بنیاد تقوٰی پر رکھی گئی تھی تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اس سے مراد میری مسجد ہے۔
Hazrat Sahl bin Saad Radi Allaho Anho se bahavala Abi bin Kaab Radi Allaho Anho se marvi hai ki kisi shakhs ne is masjid ke mutalliq sawal kiya jis ki bunyad taqwa par rakhi gayi thi to Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ne farmaya is se murad meri masjid hai.
Narrated Sahl bin Sa'd, on the authority of Ubayy bin Ka'b, that a man asked about the mosque founded on piety, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "It refers to my mosque."
