Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 10098
Narrated by Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The Imam is a guarantor and the Mu'adhdhin (one who calls to prayer) is a trustee. O Allah, guide the Imams and forgive the Mu'adhdhins."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا امام ضامن ہوتا ہے اور مؤذن امانت دار اے اللہ اماموں کی رہنمائی فرما اور مؤذنین کی مغفرت فرما۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Imam zaman hota hai aur Muazzin amanatdar Ae Allah Imamon ki rehnumai farma aur Moazzinin ki magfirat farma.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قََالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قََالَ: قََالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " الْإِمَامُ ضَامِنٌ، وَالْمُؤَذِّنُ مُؤْتَمَنٌ، اللَّهُمَّ أَرْشِدْ الْأَئِمَّةَ، وَاغْفِرْ لِلْمُؤَذِّنِينَ" .
