Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 10933
Abu Sha'tha Harwi, may Allah have mercy on him, said: Once, we were sitting with Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, in the mosque when the Mu'adhdhin called the Adhan. A man got up and left the mosque. Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, said, "This man disobeyed Abu'l-Qasim (the Prophet), may Allah bless him and grant him peace." Then he said, "The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, commanded us that when you are in the mosque and the Adhan is called, do not leave until you have prayed."

ابوالشعثاء محاربی رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ ہم لوگ حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے ساتھ مسجد میں بیٹھے ہوئے تھے کہ مؤذن نے اذان دی ایک آدمی اٹھا اور مسجد سے نکل گیا حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا اس آدمی نے ابوالقاسم ﷺ کی نافرمانی کی پھر فرمایا کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ہمیں حکم دیا ہے کہ جب تم مسجد میں ہو اور اذان ہوجائے تو مسجد سے نماز پڑھے بغیر نہ نکلا کرو۔
Abu Shaasa Muharrabi rehmatullah alaih kehte hain ke ek martaba hum log Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah tala anhu ke sath masjid mein baithe hue the ke muazzin ne azan di ek aadmi utha aur masjid se nikal gaya Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah tala anhu ne farmaya is aadmi ne Abu alqasim (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki nafarmani ki phir farmaya ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hamen hukm diya hai ke jab tum masjid mein ho aur azan ho jae to masjid se namaz padhe baghair na nikla karo.
حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ , حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ , وَشَرِيكٌ , عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قََالَ: خَرَجَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ بَعْدَمَا أَذَّنَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ , فَقَالَ: أَمَّا هَذَا فَقَدْ عَصَى أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" . قََالَ: وَفِي حَدِيثِ شَرِيكٍ , ثُمَّ قََالَ:" أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا كُنْتُمْ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَنُودِيَ بِالصَّلَاةِ , فَلَا يَخْرُجْ أَحَدُكُمْ حَتَّى يُصَلِّيَ" .
