Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 11230
It was narrated from Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "If one of you were to conceal himself in working deeds, even in a smooth rock which has neither an entrance nor an exit, then Allah would still bring forth his deeds before the people (on the Day of Judgement), whether they were good or evil."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا اگر تم میں کوئی شخص کسی ایسی بند چٹان میں چھپ کر عمل کرے جس کا نہ کوئی دہانہ ہو اور نہ ہی کوئی روشندان، تب بھی اس کا وہ عمل لوگوں کے سامنے آکر رہے گا۔ خواہ کوئی بھی عمل ہو (اچھا یا برا)
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya agar tum mein koi shakhs kisi aisi band chatan mein chhup kar amal kare jis ka na koi dahana ho aur na hi koi roshandan, tab bhi us ka woh amal logon ke samne aakar rahe ga. Khwah koi bhi amal ho (achcha ya bura).
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا دَرَّاجٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْهَيْثَمِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ يَعْمَلُ فِي صَخْرَةٍ صَمَّاءَ، لَيْسَ لَهَا بَابٌ وَلَا كُوَّةٌ، لَخَرَجَ عَمَلُهُ لِلنَّاسِ كَائِنًا مَا كَانَ".
