Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 11416
Abu Sa'id reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "My nation will divide into seventy-three sects, and all of them will be in the Fire except for one." They said, "And who are they, O Messenger of Allah?" He said, "That which I and my companions are upon today." Another narration by Abu Sa'id reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "My nation will divide into seventy-three sects, and only one of them will be saved." They said, "Which one is that, O Messenger of Allah?" He said, "The largest of them [in number]." Another narration by Abu Sa'id reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "My nation will divide into seventy-three sects. Seventy-two of them will be in the Fire, and only one in Paradise. It is the group that is upon what I and my companions are upon today."

حضرت ابوسعید رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا میری امت دو فرقوں میں بٹ جائے گی اور ان دونوں کے درمیان ایک گروہ نکلے گا جسے ان دو فرقوں میں سے حق کے زیادہ قریب فرقہ قتل کرے گا۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya meri ummat do firqon mein bat jayegi aur in donon ke darmiyaan ek group niklega jise in do firqon mein se haq ke zyada qareeb firqa qatal karega.
حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:" تَكُونُ أُمَّتِي فِرْقَتَيْنِ، يَخْرُجُ بَيْنَهُمَا مَارِقَةٌ يَلِي قَتْلَهَا أَوْلَاهُمَا بِالْحَقِّ".
