Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 11530
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Allah Almighty has one hundred mercies, out of which He has sent down only one mercy upon all the jinn, mankind, and animals. It is because of this one mercy that they show kindness and compassion to one another, and even wild animals show affection to their offspring due to this one mercy.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا اللہ تعالیٰ کے پاس سو رحمتیں ہیں، جن میں سے اللہ نے تمام جن و انس اور جانوروں پر صرف ایک رحمت نازل فرمائی ہے، اسی کی برکت سے وہ ایک دوسرے پر مہربانی کرتے اور رحم کھاتے ہیں اور اسی ایک رحمت کے سبب وحشی جانور تک اپنی اولاد پر مہربانی کرتے ہیں۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Razi Allah Anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Allah taala ke pass sau rahmaten hain jin mein se Allah ne tamam jinn o ins aur janwaron par sirf ek rehmat nazil farmai hai usi ki barkat se wo ek dusre par meharbani karte aur reham khate hain aur usi ek rehmat ke sabab vahshi janwar tak apni aulad par meharbani karte hain.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ , قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مِئَةُ رَحْمَةٍ، فَقَسَمَ مِنْهَا جُزْءًا وَاحِدًا بَيْنَ الْخَلْقِ، فَبِهِ يَتَرَاحَمُ النَّاسُ، وَالْوَحْشُ، وَالطَّيْرُ".
