Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14666
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "On the land irrigated by rain or springs, one-tenth is obligatory (as Ushr), and on the land irrigated by buckets, one-half of one-tenth is obligatory."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جو زمین بارش یا چشموں سے سیراب ہواس میں عشر واجب ہو گا اور جو ڈول سے سیراب ہواس میں نصف عشر واجب ہو گا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jo zameen barish ya chashmon se sirab ho us mein ushr wajib ho ga aur jo dol se sirab ho us mein nisf ushr wajib ho ga.
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" فِيمَا سَقَتِ السَّمَاءُ وَالْعُيُونُ الْعُشْرُ، وَفِيمَا سَقَتِ السَّانِيَةُ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ".
