Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14911
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “I will not intercede for the one who takes blood money and then still demands retribution.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: میں اس شخص کو معاف نہیں کر وں گا جو دیت لینے کے بعد بھی قاتل کو قتل کر دے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: main us shakhs ko maaf nahin karun ga jo deit lene ke baad bhi qatil ko qatl kar de.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَطَرٌ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَحْسَبُهُ الْحَسَنَ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" لَا أُعْفِي مَنْ قَتَلَ بَعْدَ أَخْذِهِ الدِّيَةَ".
