Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14913
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to go out on both Eids himself and would also take his family (to the Eid prayer ground).

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ عیدین میں خود بھی نکلتے تھے اور اپنے اہل خانہ کو بھی لے جاتے تھے۔ (عیدگاہ میں)
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) eidon mein khud bhi nikalte the aur apne ahle khana ko bhi le jate the. (Eidgah mein).
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الحَجَّاجٌ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ:" كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْرُجُ فِي الْعِيدِ، وَيُخْرِجُ أَهْلَهُ".
