Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 1533
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Sa`d ibn Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) that I did not hear the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say regarding any living person that “This is a walking, talking inhabitant of Paradise,” except for Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn Salam (may Allah be pleased with him).

سیدنا سعد بن ابی وقاص رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو کسی زندہ شخص کے حق میں یہ فرماتے ہوئے نہیں سنا کہ ”یہ زمین پر چلتا پھرتا جنتی ہے“، سوائے سیدنا عبداللہ بن سلام رضی اللہ عنہ کے۔
Sayyidna Saad bin Abi Waqas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko kisi zinda shakhs ke haq mein yeh farmate huye nahi suna keh "yeh zameen par chalta phirta jannati hai", siwaye Sayyidna Abdullah bin Salam (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، قال: حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَنَسٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ: مَا سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , يَقُولُ لِحَيٍّ يَمْشِي:" إِنَّهُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ" , إِلَّا لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلَامٍ.
