Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 1537
It was narrated from Sayyiduna Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Fighting against a Muslim is disbelief, and insulting him is wickedness."
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا سعد رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”مسلمان سے قتال کرنا کفر ہے، اور اسے گالی دینا فسق ہے۔“
Sayyidina Saad (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: "Musalman se qatal karna kufr hai, aur usay gali dena fisq hai."
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ بَحْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:" قِتَالُ الْمُسْلِمِ كُفْرٌ، وَسِبَابُهُ فِسْقٌ".
