Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 15441
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Harith bin Abdullah that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: “Whoever performs Hajj or Umrah of the House of Allah, then the last thing he should do is to perform Tawaf of the Ka'bah.” When this Hadith reached Sayyiduna Umar, he rebuked him severely and said, “Did you hear this Hadith from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and then you did not even inform us?”.

سیدنا حارث بن عبداللہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جو شخص بیت اللہ کا حج یا عمرہ کر لے اس پر آخری کام بیت اللہ کا طواف کرنا ہے سیدنا عمر کو ان کی یہ حدیث معلوم ہوئی تو انہوں نے انہیں سخت سست کہا اور فرمایا کہ آپ نے نبی ﷺ سے یہ حدیث سنی ہے اور پھر ہمیں بھی نہیں بتائی۔
Sayyiduna Haris bin Abdullah se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jo shakhs Baitullah ka Hajj ya Umrah kar le us par akhri kaam Baitullah ka tawaf karna hai. Sayyiduna Umar ko un ki yeh hadees maloom hui to unhon ne unhen sakht sust kaha aur farmaya keh aap ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se yeh hadees suni hai aur phir hamen bhi nahin batai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ , وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ , قَالَا: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْبَيْلَمَانِيِّ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَوْسٍ , قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" مَنْ حَجَّ الْبَيْتَ أَوْ اعْتَمَرَ، فَلْيَكُنْ آخِرُ عَهْدِهِ بِالْبَيْتِ" , فَبَلَغَ حَدِيثُهُ عُمَرَ، فَقَالَ لَهُ: خَرَرْتَ مِنْ يَدِكَ، سَمِعْتَ هَذَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمْ تُخْبِرْنَا بِهِ؟.
