Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 15620
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Muadh that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: When you hear the Mu'adhdhin calling out the Adhan, repeat the same words that he is saying.
Grade: Da'if
سیدنا معاذ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جب تم مؤذن کو اذان کہتے ہوئے سنو تو وہی جملے دہراؤ جو وہ کہہ رہا ہو۔
Sayyidna Muaz se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jab tum moazzin ko azan kehte huye suno to wohi jumle dohrao jo woh keh raha ho.
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا زَبَّانُ , عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , أَنَّهُ قَالَ:" إِذَا سَمِعْتُمْ الْمُنَادِيَ يُثَوِّبُ بِالصَّلَاةِ، فَقُولُوا كَمَا يَقُولُ".
