Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 16805
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Abdullah ibn Mughaffal al-Muzani (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Verily, Allah is Kind and loves kindness and He grants to kindness what He does not grant to harshness."

سیدنا عبداللہ بن مغفل مزنی رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ مہربان ہے، مہربانی کو پسند کرتا ہے اور مہربانی ونرمی پر وہ کچھ دے دیتا ہے جو سختی پر نہیں دیتا۔
Sayyidna Abdullah bin Mughaffal Mazni (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Allah Ta'ala meharban hai, meharbani ko pasand karta hai aur meharbani o narmi par wo kuch de deta hai jo sakhti par nahi deta.
حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" إِنَّ اللَّهَ رَفِيقٌ يُحِبُّ الرِّفْقَ وَيَرْضَاهُ، وَيُعْطِي عَلَى الرِّفْقِ مَا لَا يُعْطِي عَلَى الْعُنْفِ".
