Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 16883
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Mu'awiya (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "'Umrah is permissible on behalf of the one for whom it is performed."
Grade: Da'if
سیدنا معاویہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ ارشاد فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے اس شخص کے حق میں ”عمریٰ“ جائز ہوتا ہے جس کے لیے وہ کیا گیا ہو۔
Saina Muawiya (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye irshad farmate huye suna hai is shakhs ke haq mein "Umrah" jaiz hota hai jis ke liye wo kiya gaya ho.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ابْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ ابْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ: " الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا"
