Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 18144
It is narrated on the authority of Mughirah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ruled in the case of two women of Banu Hudhail that the blood money (for the murder) should be paid by the guardians of the killer, and regarding the inheritance (of the murdered woman), it should be given to her heirs. As for the loss of the child in her womb, he ruled that a slave-girl or a slave should be given (to the heirs of the murdered woman).

حضرت مغیرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے بنوہذیل کی دو عورتوں کے بارے قاتلہ کے عصبات پر دیت کا فیصلہ فرمایا اور ورثہ کے لئے میراث کا اور اس کے پیٹ میں موجود بچے کے ضائع ہونے پر ایک باندی یا غلام کا فیصلہ فرمایا۔
Hazrat Mugheera RA se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem SAW ne Banu Huzail ki do auraton ke bare qatila ke asbat par deet ka faisla farmaya aur warasa ke liye miraas ka aur uske pait mein mojood bache ke zaya hone par ek bandi ya ghulam ka faisla farmaya.
قال عبد الله بن أحمد: وجدت في كتاب أبي بخط يده: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو النَّضْرِ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ ، عَنْ شَيْبَانَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ ، قَالَ: " قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْهُذَلِيَّتَيْنِ أَنَّ الْعَقْلَ عَلَى الْعَصَبَةِ، وَأَنَّ الْمِيرَاثَ لِلْوَرَثَةِ، وَأَنَّ فِي الْجَنِينِ غُرَّةً" .
