Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 18456
It is narrated on the authority of Usama (may Allah be pleased with him) that once a villager came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and asked him, "O Messenger of Allah, can we seek medical treatment?". The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Yes! Seek treatment, for Allah has not created any disease without creating its cure. What is destined to kill will kill, and what is destined to leave one ill will leave one ill." The man asked, "O Messenger of Allah, who is the best of people?". The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, "The one who has good character."

حضرت اسامہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ ایک دیہاتی آدمی نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور نبی کریم ﷺ سے یہ سوال پوچھا کہ یا رسول اللہ! کیا ہم علاج معالجہ کرسکتے ہیں؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ہاں! علاج کیا کرو کیونکہ اللہ نے کوئی ایسی بیماری نہیں رکھی جس کا علاج نہ رکھا ہو جو جان لیتا ہے وہ جان لیتا ہے اور جو ناواقف رہتا ہے وہ ناواقف رہتا ہے اس نے پوچھا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ ! سب سے بہترین انسان کون ہے نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جس کے اخلاق اچھے ہوں۔
Hazrat Usama razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki ek martaba ek dehati aadmi Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se ye sawal poocha ki ya Rasulullah kya hum ilaj mu'alaja kar sakte hain Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya haan ilaj kya karo kyunki Allah ne koi aisi bimari nahin rakhi jis ka ilaj na rakha ho jo jaan leta hai wo jaan leta hai aur jo na waqif rehta hai wo na waqif rehta hai usne poocha ya Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) sab se behtarin insan kaun hai Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jis ke akhlaq achhe hon.
حَدَّثَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَجْلَحُ ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ رَجُلٌ مِنْ قَوْمِهِ، قَالَ: جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَيُّ النَّاسِ خَيْرٌ؟ قَالَ: " أَحْسَنُهُمْ خُلُقًا" . ثُمَّ قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَنَتَدَاوَى؟ قَالَ: " تَدَاوَوْا، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَمْ يُنْزِلْ دَاءً إِلَّا أَنْزَلَ لَهُ شِفَاءً، عَلِمَهُ مَنْ عَلِمَهُ، وَجَهِلَهُ مَنْ جَهِلَهُ" .
