The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 1849
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) that once, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had cupping done while he was in the state of Ihram and observing a fast.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے سینگی لگوا کر خون نکلوایا، اس وقت آپ ﷺ حالت احرام میں بھی تھے اور روزے سے بھی تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ , أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" احْتَجَمَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ صَائِمٌ".
