Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 18663
It is narrated on the authority of Bura' razi Allahu anhu that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, stoned a Jewish man to death and said, "O Allah, I am the first person to revive Your command after they had abandoned it."

حضرت براء رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ایک یہودی کو رجم کیا اور فرمایا اے اللہ! میں سب سے پہلا آدمی ہوں جو تیرے حکم کو زندہ کررہا ہوں جبکہ انہوں نے اسے مردہ کردیا تھا
Hazrat Bara RA se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem SAW ne aik Yahodi ko Rajm kiya aur farmaya aye Allah! mein sab se pehla aadmi hun jo tere hukum ko zinda kar raha hun jabke unhon ne use murda kar diya tha.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجَمَ يَهُودِيًّا، وَقَالَ: " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُشْهِدُكَ أَنِّي أَوَّلُ مَنْ أَحْيَا سُنَّةً قَدْ أَمَاتُوهَا" .
