Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 18915
Narrated by Amr bin Auf (may Allah be pleased with him), who participated in the Battle of Badr, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) once sent Abu Ubaidah bin Jarrah (may Allah be pleased with him) to Bahrain to collect Jizya. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had made peace with the people of Bahrain and appointed Ala bin Hadrami (may Allah be pleased with him) as their governor. So, Abu Ubaidah (may Allah be pleased with him) brought wealth from Bahrain... Then the narrator mentioned the entire Hadith. Narrated by Musawir bin Makhramah (may Allah be pleased with him): When Abu Ubaidah (may Allah be pleased with him) came back from Bahrain with wealth, the Ansar, having heard of his arrival, gathered in the presence of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) for the Fajr prayer. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) finished the Fajr prayer, they came forward. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), seeing them, smiled and said, "Perhaps you have heard of Abu Ubaidah's arrival and that he has brought something?" They replied, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah!" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Rejoice and have hope for that which will please you. By Allah, I do not fear poverty for you, but I fear that the world will be made abundant for you as it was made abundant for those before you, and you will compete in it as they competed."

حضرت عمرو بن عوف رضی اللہ عنہ جو کہ غزوہ بدر کے شرکاء میں سے تھے " سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ایک مرتبہ حضرت ابوعبیدہ بن جراح رضی اللہ عنہ کو بحرین کی طرف بھیجا تاکہ وہاں سے جزیہ وصول کرکے لائیں، نبی کریم ﷺ نے اہل بحرین سے صلح کرلی تھی اور ان پر حضرت علاء بن حضرمی رضی اللہ عنہ کو امیر بنادیا تھا چناچہ ابوعبیدہ رضی اللہ عنہ بحرین سے مال لے کر آئے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ پھر راوی نے پوری حدیث ذکر کی۔ حضرت مسوربن مخرمہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ابوعبیدہ رضی اللہ عنہ بحرین سے مال لے کر آئے، انصار کو جب ان کے آنے کا پتہ چلا تو وہ نماز فجر میں نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے۔ نبی کریم ﷺ جب نماز فجر پڑھ کر فارغ ہوئے تو وہ سامنے آئے نبی کریم ﷺ انہیں دیکھ کر مسکرا پڑے اور فرمایا شاید تم نے ابوعبیدہ کی واپسی اور ان کے کچھ لے آنے کی خبر سنی ہے؟ انہوں نے عرض کیا جی یا رسول اللہ! نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا خوش ہوجاؤ اور اس چیز کی امید رکھو جس سے تم خوش ہوجاؤگے واللہ مجھے تم پر فقر و فاقہ کا اندیشہ نہیں بلکہ مجھے تو اندیشہ ہے کہ تم پر دنیا اسی طرح کشادہ کردی جائے جیسے تم سے پہلے لوگوں پر کشادہ کردی گئی تھی اور تم اس میں ان ہی کی طرح مقابلہ بازی کرنے لگوگے۔
Hazrat Amr bin Auf RA jo keh Ghazwa Badr ke shurkaa mein se the se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem SAW ne ek martaba Hazrat Abu Ubaidah bin Al-Jarrah RA ko Bahrain ki taraf bheja taake wahan se jizya wasool karke laen, Nabi Kareem SAW ne ahle Bahrain se sulah karli thi aur unpar Hazrat Ala bin Hadrami RA ko ameer banadiya tha chunache Abu Ubaidah RA Bahrain se maal lekar aae..... phir ravi ne puri hadees zikar ki. Hazrat Masoor bin Makhrama RA se marvi hai ke Abu Ubaidah RA Bahrain se maal lekar aaye, Ansar ko jab unke aane ka pata chala to woh namaz Fajr mein Nabi Kareem SAW ki khidmat mein hazir hue. Nabi Kareem SAW jab namaz Fajr parh kar farigh hue to woh samne aaye Nabi Kareem SAW unhen dekh kar muskura pade aur farmaya shayad tum ne Abu Ubaidah ki wapsi aur unke kuchh le aane ki khabar suni hai? Unhon ne arz kiya ji ya Rasulullah! Nabi Kareem SAW ne farmaya khush hojao aur us cheez ki umeed rakho jis se tum khush hojaoge wallah mujhe tum par faqr o faqah ka andesha nahin balke mujhe to andesha hai ke tum par duniya isi tarah kushada kardi jaye jaise tum se pehle logon par kushada kardi gai thi aur tum us mein un hi ki tarah muqabla bazi karne lagoge.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِي ، حَدَّثَنَا عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ ، أَنَّ الْمِسْوَرَ بْنَ مَخْرَمَةَ أخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ عَمْرَو ابْنَ عَوْفٍ الْأنْصَارِيَّ وَهُوَ حَلِيفُ بَنِي عَامِرِ بْنِ لُؤَيٍّ، وَكَانَ قَدْ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخْبَرَهُ:" أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ أَبَا عُبَيْدَةَ بْنَ الْجَرَّاحِ إِلَى الْبَحْرَيْنِ يَأْتِي بِجِزْيَتِهَا، وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَالَحَ أَهْلَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ، وَأَمَّرَ عَلَيْهِمْ الْعَلَاءَ بْنَ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ، فَقَدِمَ أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ بِمَالٍ مِنَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ". فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ يَعْنِي مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ مَعْمَرٍ..
