Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 19047
Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), who was from the tribe of Banu Abdul'Abdullah bin Ka'ab, said: "The cavalry of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) launched a surprise attack on us. I came to inform the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about it while he was having breakfast. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'Come and eat.' I said: 'I am fasting.' The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'Sit down, I will tell you about fasting. Allah Almighty has exempted the traveler from half of the prayer and the traveler, the pregnant woman, and the breastfeeding woman from fasting.' By Allah, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said both of these things, or one of them. Alas! Why didn't I eat the food of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)?"

حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ جو بنی عبداللہ بن کعب میں سے تھے " کہتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کے گھڑ سواروں نے ہم پر شب خون مارا میں نبی کریم ﷺ کو اس کی اطلاع کرنے کے لئے آیا تو نبی کریم ﷺ ناشتہ فرما رہے تھے نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا آؤ اور کھاؤ میں نے عرض کیا کہ میں روزے سے ہوں، نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا بیٹھو میں تمہیں روزے کے متعلق بتاتا ہوں اللہ تعالیٰ نے مسافر سے نصف نماز اور مسافر، حاملہ عورت اور دودھ پلانے والی عورت سے روزہ معاف فرما دیا ہے واللہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے یہ دونوں باتیں یا ان میں سے ایک بات کہی تھی ہائے افسوس! میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کا کھانا کیوں نہ کھایا؟
Hazrat Anas bin Malik Radi Allaho Anho jo Bani Abdullah bin Kab mein se thay kehte hain ki Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ke ghur sawaron ne hum par shab khoon mara main Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ko is ki ittila karne ke liye aaya to Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam nashta farma rahe thay Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ne farmaya aao aur khao maine arz kiya ke main rozey se hon, Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ne farmaya baitho main tumhein rozey ke mutalliq batata hon Allah Ta'ala ne musafir se nisf namaz aur musafir, hamil aurat aur doodh pilane wali aurat se roza maaf farma diya hai wallahu Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ne ye donon baaten ya in mein se aik baat kahi thi haye afsos! maine Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ka khana kyun na khaya?.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هِلَالٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَوَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، قَالَ: أَغَارَتْ عَلَيْنَا خَيْلُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَأَتَيْتُهُ وَهُوَ يَتَغَدَّى، فَقَالَ:" ادْنُ فَكُلْ" قُلْتُ: إِنِّي صَائِمٌ، قَالَ: " اجْلِسْ أُحَدِّثْكَ عَنِ الصَّوْمِ أَوْ الصِّيَامِ، إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَضَعَ عَنِ الْمُسَافِرِ شَطْرَ الصَّلَاةِ، وَعَنِ الْمُسَافِرِ وَالْحَامِلِ وَالْمُرْضِعِ الصَّوْمَ أَوْ الصِّيَامَ" وَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ قَالَهُمَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كِلَاهُمَا أَوْ أَحَدُهُمَا، فَيَا لَهْفَ نَفْسِي، هَلَّا كُنْتُ طَعِمْتُ مِنْ طَعَامِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ..
