ومن مسند بني هاشم
The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَا

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 1949
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “There cannot be two qiblahs in one land, and there is no tax on a Muslim.”
Grade: Da'if
سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”ایک زمین میں دو قبلے نہیں ہو سکتے اور مسلمان پر کوئی ٹیکس نہیں ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai keh Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Ek zameen mein do qiblay nahin ho sakte aur musalman par koi tax nahin hai.“
حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ قَابُوسَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" لَا تَصْلُحُ قِبْلَتَانِ فِي أَرْضٍ، وَلَيْسَ عَلَى مُسْلِمٍ جِزْيَةٌ".
