Hadith of a man from the Prophet, peace be upon him

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20059
A man from Banu Tamim narrated from his father or uncle that he prayed behind the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). We asked him about the duration of the Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) bowing and prostration, and he replied that it was long enough for a person to say "Subhana Allahi wa bi hamdihi" three times.

بنوتمیم کے ایک آدمی کی اپنے والد یا چچا سے روایت ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کے پیچھے نماز پڑھی ہے، ہم نے ان سے نبی ﷺ کے رکوع و سجود کی مقدار کے متعلق پوچھا تو انہوں نے بتایا کہ اتنی دیر جس میں بندہ تین مرتبہ " سبحان اللہ وبحمدہ " کہہ سکے۔
Bano Tamim ke ek aadmi ki apne walid ya chacha se riwayat hai ki maine Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke peeche namaz padhi hai, humne unse Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke ruku o sajdah ki miqdar ke mutalliq poocha to unhone bataya ki itni dair jis mein banda teen martaba "Subhan Allah Wa Bihamdihi" keh sake.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الطُّفَاوِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ الْجُرَيْرِيُّ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ وَأَحْسَنَ الثَّنَاءَ عَلَيْهِ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَوْ عَمِّهِ، قَالَ: " صَلَّيْتُ خَلْفَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلْنَاهُ عَنْ قَدْرِ رُكُوعِهِ وَسُجُودِهِ، فَقَالَ: قَدْرُ مَا يَقُولُ الرَّجُلُ: سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ، ثَلَاثًا" .
