Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20088
It was narrated from Samurah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The neighbor has more right to one's neighborhood than anyone else."
Grade: Sahih
حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا گھر کا پڑوسی دوسرے کی نسبت اس گھر کا زیادہ حقدار ہوتا ہے۔
Hazrat Samra (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ghar ka padosi dusre ki nisbat us ghar ka zyada haqdaar hota hai.
حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ , وَعَفَّانُ , قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ" .
