Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20109
It is narrated on the authority of Samra (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Whoever sees his belongings with a person declared bankrupt by the government, then he has more right over it."

حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ بنی علیہ السلام نے فرمایا جو شخص بعینہ اپنا سامان کسی ایسے شخص کے پاس دیکھے جسے حکومت نے مفلس قرار دے دیا ہو، وہ اس کا زیادہ حق دار ہے۔
Hazrat Samra (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Bani Alaihissalam ne farmaya jo shakhs bainah apna saman kisi aise shakhs ke paas dekhe jise hukumat ne muflis karar de diya ho, woh us ka zyada haqdar hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ وَجَدَ مَتَاعَهُ عِنْدَ مُفْلِسٍ بِعَيْنِهِ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ" .
