Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20111
It is narrated on the authority of Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commanded us to sit with composure and not to sit restlessly.

حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ہمیں حکم دیا ہے کہ بیٹھنے میں اعتدال سے کام لیں اور بےاطمینانی کے ساتھ نہ بیٹھیں۔
Hazrat Samra ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne humain hukm diya hai ki baithne mein aitdal se kaam lein aur bay itminani ke sath na baithen.
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ:" أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نَعْتَدِلَ فِي الْجُلُوسِ، وَأَنْ لَا نَسْتَوْفِزَ" .
