From the hadith of Samurah ibn Jundub, from the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace)

وَمِنْ حَدِيثِ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20132

And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Whoever kills his slave, we will kill him, and whoever cuts off the nose of his slave, we will cut off his nose."


Grade: Hasan

اور نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جو شخص اپنے غلام کو قتل کرے گا، ہم اسے قتل کریں گے اور جو اپنے غلام کی ناک کاٹے گا، ہم اس کی ناک کاٹ دیں گے۔

Aur Nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne irshad farmaya jo shakhs apne gulaam ko qatl karega hum usay qatl karengay aur jo apne gulaam ki naak kaatega hum uski naak kaat denge.

وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ، وَمَنْ جَدَعَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ" .
