Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20142
It is narrated on the authority of Samrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The seller and the buyer have the option to cancel the sale until they separate from each other."

حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا ہے کہ بائع (بچنے والا) اور مشتری (خریدنے والا اور بیچنے والا) کو اس وقت تک بیع فسخ کرنے کا اختیار رہتا ہے جب وہ ایک دوسرے سے جدا نہیں ہوتے۔
Hazrat Samra Raziallahu Anha se marvi hai ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya hai ke baie (bechne wala) aur mushtari (kharidne wala aur bechne wala) ko us waqt tak bai fasakh karne ka ikhtiyar rehta hai jab wo ek dusre se juda nahi hote.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا" .
