Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20148
It is narrated on the authority of Samra (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever recognizes his belongings with someone, he has more right over it and the customer shall take back his price from the seller.

حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا جو شخص بعینہ اپنا سامان کسی شخص کے پاس دیکھے وہ اس کا زیادہ حق دار ہے اور مشتری (خریدنے والا) بائع (بچنے والا) سے اپنی قیمت وصول کرلے گا۔
Hazrat Samra ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jo shakhs baina apna saman kisi shakhs ke pas dekhe woh us ka ziada haqdar hai aur mushtiri ba'i se apni qeemat wasool kar lega.
حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي زَكَرِيَّا , حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " الْمَرْءُ أَحَقُّ بِعَيْنِ مَالِهِ حَيْثُ عَرَفَهُ، وَيَتَّبِعُ الْبَيْعُ بَيْعَهُ" .
