Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20192
It is narrated on the authority of Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade monasticism.
Grade: Sahih
حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے گوشہ نشینی سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Hazrat Samra razi Allah anha se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne gosha nishini se mana farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذٌ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ :" أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنِ التَّبَتُّلِ" .
