Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20199
It is narrated on the authority of Samrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The neighbor of a house has more right over it than anyone else.
Grade: Sahih
حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا گھر کا پڑوسی دوسرے کی نسبت اس گھر کا زیادہ حق دار ہوتا ہے۔
Hazrat Samra ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ghar ka padosi dusre ki nisbat us ghar ka zyada haqdar hota hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ , وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ , أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ" .
