Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20201
It is narrated on the authority of Samra (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Let no man take his brother as a prisoner and then kill him."
Grade: Da'if
حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کوئی آدمی اپنے بھائی کا قیدی نہ لے کر اس قتل کرے۔
Hazrat Samra razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya koi aadmi apne bhai ka qaiddi na le kar us qatl kare.
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ ثَعْلَبَةَ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا يَتَعَاطَى أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ أَسِيرِ أَخِيهِ فَيَقْتُلَهُ" .
