Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20204
It is narrated on the authority of Samra (may Allah be pleased with him) that whoever takes possession of his close relative, that relative becomes free.
Grade: Sahih
حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مرفوعاً مروی ہے کہ جو شخص اپنے کسی قریبی رشتے دار کا مالک بن جاتا ہے تو وہ رشتہ دار آزاد ہوجاتا ہے۔
Hazrat Samra (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marfooan marvi hai ke jo shakhs apne kisi qareebi rishtedar ka malik ban jata hai to woh rishtedar azad hojata hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ مَلَكَ ذَا رَحِمٍ مَحْرَمٍ فَهُوَ عَتِيقٌ" .
