Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20227
It was narrated from Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever takes possession of his relative, then that relative becomes free.”
Grade: Sahih
حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا جو شخص اپنے کسی قریبی رشتے دار کا مالک بن جاتا ہے تو وہ رشتہ دار آزاد ہوجاتا ہے۔
Hazrat Samra RA se marvi hai ki Nabi SAW ne farmaya jo shakhs apne kisi qareebi rishtedar ka malik ban jata hai to wo rishtedar azad hojata hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَن قَتَادَةَ ، عَن الْحَسَنِ ، عَن سَمُرَةَ بن جُندب , أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ مَلَكَ ذَا رَحِمٍ مَحْرَمٍ فَهُوَ حُرٌّ" .
