Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20238

It is narrated by Samrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever plants a garden on a piece of land, it belongs to him.


Grade: Hasan

حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا ہے جو شخص کسی زمین پر باغ لگائے تو وہ اسی کی ملکیت میں ہے۔

Hazrat Samra ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya hai jo shakhs kisi zameen par bagh lagaye to wo usi ki malkiat mein hai.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ ، عَن قَتَادَةَ ، عَن الْحَسَنِ ، عَن سَمُرَةَ , أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ أَحَاطَ حَائِطًا عَلَى أَرْضٍ، فَهِيَ لَهُ" ..
