Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20289
It is narrated on the authority of Maqal bin Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever is entrusted with the affairs of the subjects and deceives them, will enter Hellfire."

حضرت معقل بن یسار رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جو شخص کسی رعایا کا نگہبان بنے پھر اسے دھوکہ دے وہ جہنم میں جائے گا۔
Hazrat Maqal bin Yasar RA se marvi hai keh Nabi SAW ne irshad farmaya jo shakhs kisi raaya ka nigahban bane phir usey dhoka dey woh jahannam mein jayega.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَوَادَةُ بْنُ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَيُّمَا رَاعٍ اسْتُرْعِيَ رَعِيَّةً، فَغَشَّهَا، فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ" .
